On Saturday, October 7th, a wave of terror attacks began in Israel. Citizens and soldiers were killed, injured, and kidnapped, including women, children, and infants. It was an unprecedented attack that took Israel by surprise.

Many soldiers, including graduates of the Egoz unit, were called up for reserve duty in the South and North to defend our land. However, due to the element of surprise, these fighters are not equipped with suitable combat gear. The most critical shortage is in ceramic bulletproof vests (body armor), and there are other deficiencies in tactical helmets, drones, communication devices, GPS systems, knee protectors, and more. We receive the list of shortages and quantities directly from the commanders in the field in real time, but due to security concerns, we cannot share them here. These are deficiencies worth millions of shekels.

This is not a false alarm. We receive numerous reports from our soldiers in different areas who are in direct contact with the enemy and are not equipped with ceramic bulletproof vests or other military gear designed to protect them. We cannot afford to wait any longer, and we are grateful for any donation that will enable us to safeguard our fighters.
